WHAT PREVIOUS STUDENTS SAID:
Growing up with my father as a cop, I thought I knew a lot... until Kathy showed me the way. In 'A Cop's Life - A through Z', Kathy Bennett opens the doors on one of the most highly publicized police departments in the world, and invites the student in while shredding fallacies. Ready, willing and able, she answers every question she can - even if it means interrogating her fellow-officer. If you're writing about policing, this is one course which shouldn't be missed.

Taking this course was the next best thing to a drive along in a patrol
car. I absolutely love your sense of humor and believe that's a valuable
thing for any cop to have. I'm going to have to give my cops a bit more
of one.
Pat Brown
Loved Kathy's class as it had all the elements to give a writer an
insight into a working LAPD cop, from the suspenseful A to Z lecture
structure which kept us guessing what she'll reveal next as she tells
her stories with anecdotes filled with humor and compassion about
the crooks and victims on the street.
By the way I wasn't disappointed with XYZ.
Linda
Excellent class with more extras than I would have guessed.
Gia
I wanted to say thank you for going above and beyond what I expected for this class. Definitely worth the money and the information contained in the lectures (along with the questions and detailed answers that came afterwards) is information worth keeping and rereading. I'd recommend this class to anyone.
Thank you - Sandy Loyd
Thank you so much for teaching this class. You covered an incredible
range of information, from everyday drudgery to the excitement, the the day in my inbox.
I was a lurker, but I definitely enjoyed this class. The lessons were
insightful and your ability to answer so many questions was truly
helpful.
Katie Reus
I've been lurking the whole class, but wanted to say what an awesome, above and beyond the call of duty, job, you did!
Rebecca Russell
"Any writer who wants to know more about the real-life details of policing should take Bennett's class. Her experiences in law enforcement add color to every discussion."
